Since Mercedes Benz came to our company, they had many requirements in order to increase their production unit. Our target for production also increased to 15 per day. Unfortunately, we unable to achieve this target due to many things that we need to improve from our process, standard, specification, material, quality, cost, delivery and also morale. Generally it’s all about the production that we need to change. As maintenance department, we will continue doing our job as usual. We do the preventive maintenance task every Saturday and Sunday. Our job are to make this plant to be in good environment especially to improve the efficiency of all machines.
